Madelaine Jones (piano) and Cameron Smith (cello) of the Bishop Ensemble performed in a mixed programme as part of the Later With Lutchmayer series. The concert's theme was battle, peace and freedom, and the programme will included the world premiere of Madelaine's new work for cello and piano, Ceramic Poppies.

'Looking Outside from the Inside'
Dance City, Newcastle
As part of a mixed programme of newly commissioned worked for Dance City, composer Madelaine Jones joined choreographer Adam Russell to produce a new work called 'Looking Outside from the Inside', exploring the ideas of poverty, privilege and exclusion in modern society.
The music included pre-recorded sections, with live elements performed by Madelaine and the cast.
